If you are needing assistance with getting your equipment serviced, we highly suggest that you contact us prior to shipping anything in for repair. We can advise you with the most affordable transit, as well as packaging instructions to insure safe delivery.We will provide you with a complete estimate of repairs before spending any of your funds. You will be notified by phone and mail of the results of any and all diagnostics performed on your equipment.

Special requests are welcomed here at Wizards Electronics, let us know if you want a different voicing for that transducer, upgrades on that guitar amplifier, complete setup and intonation calibration for your favorite guitar, complete setup of tuners, cd players, specifications on power modules, etc., don't be afraid to ask.

If you choose to have the unit repaired, we will ship it back to you properly packaged and insured. Our in house warranty is 90 days on all labor and 1 full year on all parts installed by Wizards Electronics. A complete set of documentation will be included with your equipment upon return. This will include all manufacturer's specifications and statistics that pertain to your equipment, as well as a detailed report on how your electronics rated.
